Who am I ?

I am a graduate with a Biology degree that focused on genetics, physiology, and psychology. Although all three subjects were fascinating, I was always drawn to physiology and its potential for treating lifestyle diseases with nutrition instead of medication. After thorough research, I believe that chronic illnesses can often be prevented and reversed with the food choices, and an animal-based or primal diet is the best approach for optimal health and longevity. Although this is the opposite of what we hear ( why is that? - read and find out!). Western medicine often treats symptoms rather than addressing the underlying causes of illness, and I aim to challenge these beliefs and promote nutritional intervention.
